Sandra to get bail on Monday?

The ACB Special Court had put off the hearing on bail petition of TDP MLA Sandra Venkata Veeraiah to Monday. Immediately after the court proceedings began, ACB Lawyers told the court that they need more time to come up with the arguments on this case. So the judge postponed the hearing to Monday.

On the other side, ACB took Sandra to their custody this morning. They will interrogating him till 5.30 PM today. He will be produced to the court tomorrow evening after the completion of two days ACB custody. Legal experts say Sandra is likely to get bail on Monday unless ACB comes up some thing sensational.

Sandra was named as the accused Number five in this case. His name did not figure in the complaint filed by nominated MLA Stephenson but ACB says they found his links in this case with the call data of Sebastian who was previously arrested.
