Sandra’s ACB Custody complete!

TDP MLA Sandra Venkata Veeraiah will be produced in ACB Special Court in a short while as the investigating agency completed grilling him for the permitted two days. It is reliably learnt that ACB could not manage any new information from Sandra regarding this case.

After completing the custody, he was taken to Osmania hospital for medical test and will be handed over to the court. He is likely to be sent to Cherlapally jail. Sandra’s bail petition will come to hearing in ACB Special court on Monday and legal experts say there is a good chance for him to get the bail then.

Sandra was named as the accused Number five in this case. His name did not figure in the complaint filed by nominated MLA Stephenson but ACB says they found his links in this case with the call data of Sebastian who was previously arrested.
