Sandra’s bail petition put off till tomorrow!

ACB Special court had put off the hearing on bail petition of TDP Sattupalli MLA, Sandra Venkata Veeraiah to tomorrow. On the other side arguments on ACB’s petition to give Sandra to ACB custody are complete and the court reserved the decision till 4 PM today.

In any case, Sandra will have to remain in jail at least till tomorrow. If ACB court allows ACB custody, he will be in their office or else in Cherlapally jail. Despite the court’s ruling today, the bail petition will decide his future tomorrow. Political experts say he may not get bail until ACB custody is complete.

If at all the ACB Special court refuses him bail, Sandra is likely to approach high court. ACB is alleging that Sandra is the mastermind of the Cash for Vote scam and he did not cooperate with them in the interrogation. Sandra is made the fifth accused in this case.
