Sasikala Has Good Reason to Be in Hurry

As Tamil Nadu Chief Minister race turned interesting, everyone is eagerly waiting for the Verdict in Disproportionate Assets Case of Jayalalithaa in which Sasikala is the Accused No.2 after the deceased leader. Supreme Court had finished the trial of this case in June last year but the verdict is pending since then.

While everyone is expecting the verdict to be delivered today, it was not listed in the Supreme Court’s Proceedings today. There is an opinion that the Governor is waiting for the verdict to come before giving Sasikala a chance. It has to be seen if the Governor will wait further since Sasikala’s faction claims that they have the support of majority MLAs.

On the other side, Tamil Media Reports suggest that Sasikala wants to become the Chief Minister before the verdict comes and if she is convicted in this case. She will be installing her husband Natarajan as the Chief Minister which will be a win-win situation for her and family.
