SCAM: How Jagan Is Paying Rent for His Own House?

The last couple of days in a kind of nightmare for Jagan and his party leaders after ED attached assets worth 749.10 Crore. Jagan was at an Iftar Party when the news came out. When media asked about it, he just said it is not the right time and place to comment and evaded the question. From then he is not seen on public domain.

His party leaders are trying their level best to defend their leader in the case. They brought a new issue to divert the topic. They alleged that Jagan’s Lotus Pond Residence is not on CBI charge sheet and ED still went on to attach it. They claim this as a harassment by ED and threatened legal action.

However ED is not at wrong here. Jagan’s three companies – Utopia Infratructure Private Ltd, Capstone Infrastructure Pvt Ltd and Harish Infrastructure Pvt Ltd__ are identified as the owners of Jagan’s Lotus Pond residence. According to the papers, Jagan is paying a rent of Rs 10 lakh for his residence to these three firms which means he is paying rent to his own house. This is a kind of money laundering.
