As a part of this, KCR had announced an industrial corridor between Hyderabad and Warangal.
The region already houses several IT companies and slowly Several infrastructure projects including apartments, independent houses, layout ventures, gated communities are already underway at Uppal, Pocharam. Currently companies are eager to expand their business here due to low rents and huge availability of manpower. At the same time, there are not many leisure and recreational spots for the IT crowd to get attracted to those places. Creation of more such places will also generate lot of employment opportunities. We will have to wait and see if this second IT hub of Hyderabad plan will work out.
