Secret Message in Pay revision for AP employees!

Andhra Pradesh government had announced a 43% fitment for employees of the state on par with the Telangana government. This step will incur a burden of 3610.80 Crore on the state government which is already in neck deep financial troubles. While many question the logic in giving such huge pay scale for employees in this crisis, Chandrababu seem to have his own reasons.

It is said that Chandrababu took this decision to woo the employees to shift to Andhra Pradesh. While the government plans to shift to Temporary capital from June, employees are reluctant citing lack of proper facilities and infrastructure.

Giving that now the state bifurcation is complete, Andhra Pradesh has no option to suffer various problems and employees are not an exception to it. Chandrababu reportedly conveyed that the shifting is compulsory and this pay scale revision is a perk to motivate them to fall in line. On the other side, employees are in a festive mood right after the announcement.
