Security Downsized for Chandrababu’s Family

After reducing the Security for Chandrababu Naidu, YS Jagan Mohan Reddy’s Government downsized the security for his family. Former Minister, Nara Lokesh until now, had Z Category Security and it is now reduced to 2+2 Gunmen. Security is totally withdrawn for all the rest of the family members.

The government has taken this decision when Chandrababu Naidu is on a holiday and without a prior intimation. Chandrababu Naidu is on the hit list of the Naxals. He survived a Landmine attack in 2003. Since then, he is being provided with Z Plus Category Security. Usually, family members are also given security.

For instance, ever since the demise of Rajiv Gandhi, all his family members are given Z Plus Security. Even Priyanka Gandhi who never held any Public Office is also extended the same. Even Narendra Modi Government is continuing the same security to them.

Citing this example, TDP folks are alleging Political Vendetta by the Jagan Government. Chandrababu Naidu who went to Europe for a holiday is now back in Hyderabad. Naidu is taking stock of the situation after four Rajya Sabha MPs leaving the party and rumors of more leaders trying to jump.
