Send T-Bill back to center – KKR

Andhra Pradesh Chief Minister Kiran Kumar Reddy had asked Assembly Speaker Nadendla Manohar to send back Telangana Bill back to Center. A notice was issued in this respect by CM in Assembly. On the other side, C.Rama Chandraiah gave a similar notice to Chairman in Council. KKR said that the bill which was sent to Assembly is a draft bill and is not original bill. It is unconstitutional to send a draft bill to Assembly and should be sent back.

Opposition leader Chandra Babu Naidu also voiced similar opinion. He demanded that unconstitutional bill should be sent back to Center. There may be a legal problem for central government regarding this issue since it is not the original bill. If center still decides to go with the bill, then there is a possibility that Courts may intervene in this process at a later stage which will be embarrassing for Congress.
