Sharmila Hiding The ‘Actual’ Issue?

YS Sharmila‘s YSR Telangana Party has pinned its hopes on YSR fans and Youth voters to make an impact on Telangana politics. As a part of this, Sharmila is fasting every Wednesday as a protest over lack of jobs. The fast is happening at one constituency a week.

Meanwhile, the party has announced fielding 100s of unemployed youth in the upcoming Huzurabad by-election as a mark of protest against the KCR Government. While this is protest is fine, it has to be seen if YSRTP will field the candidate for the by-election.

Buzz is that Sharmila feels the party is still not ready to contest an election and will skip this election. Meanwhile, the party has felt a jolt the other day after the party’s senior leader, Indira Shobhan has resigned to the party and is likely to join Congress party.

Meanwhile, the election commission is yet to give the schedule for Huzurabad by-election which is necessiated due to the resignation of Etala Rajender.
