Shilparamam to Close for a Year!

As a part of Telangana government’s Strategic Road Development Program (SRDP), over two acres of land inside Shilparamam will be occupied by pillars of the flyover, cutting across it. As a result, the main gate will be demolished with entry and exit relocated.

This is for two flyovers, both starting from Trident hotel. One of them will connect Gachibowli and JNTU while the other runs between Madhapur and Kondapur. 55 acres of Shilparamam will be losing two acres and will have to be shut down for about a year to facilitate the construction.

Once the construction begins, Shilparamam will be closed. The stall owners have been directed to shift by June. Besides Shilparamam, Paradise Hotel, Ohris and KFC outlet located outside the premises, near Shilpakalavedika also will have to be closed while the construction of the flyover would be on.
