Singapore withdraw controversial conditions!

It is emerging that Singapore companies are coming up with fresh proposal to be Amaravathi Master Developer. Two controversial conditions in their earlier proposal which were rejected by AP government are relaxed by the Singapore companies. Earlier they said there should not be any similar company to the companies in Singapore’s developed land in 25 Kms radius around that.

They imposed a condition that the government will have no role in deciding which company to be setup where, for how much time and for how much cost. The Singapore companies relaxed both the conditions. A joint venture of the state government and Singapire companies will decide up on allocation of lands to other companies and will also decide on the minimum price for that land.

The new proposal will come up before March 2nd. Consultations are going on for the other contentious issues in the agreement like the companies asking for GPA in all the lands when they are only investing 300 Crore, taking loans on these lands and giving lands to farmers only out side the core capital.
