SPF Takes Charge of Interim Secretariat

Special Protection Force (SPF) took charge of the security in Interim Secretariat in Velagapudi a little while ago. So far, Guntur Rural Police is manning the Secretariat since the construction began. As the construction is almost complete and some Ministers already started functioning from there, SPF took charge.

Andhra Pradesh Chief Minister Chandrababu Naidu the other day inspected the buildings and asked the officials and construction companies to finish all the works by Vijaya Dasami. The Chief Minister will be entering his Chamber and will be functioning from there fully from Vijaya Dasami day.

The locals are overjoyed about the secretariat coming to use after a couple of months of only openings and no work. Employees may also have no option but to shift to Amaravati with the Chief Minister himself working from there. Despite the government providing special services like special trains, free accommodation, and others, the employees are still coming up with lame excuses to evade the shift.
