Sri Chaitanya Owner BS Rao Passes Away

It is well known that Sri Chaitanya group of institutions is one of the biggest educational outlets that are in operation in India.

Sadly, the man behind the institutions, Boppana Satyanarayana Rao has passed away a short while ago.

BS Rao,75 had been struggling with health complications for some time now and he sadly succumbed to the condition a short while ago. He breathed his last while getting treated at a private hospital in Hyderabad.

His mortal remains are to be shifted to Vijayawada, where the final rites will be held, as per media reports.

BN Rao and his wife served as doctors in England and Iran before setting up Sri Chaitanya institutions in 1986. The institution was first started as an exclusive facility for girls, but it later branched out and scaled great heights.

As of today, Sri Chaitanya has 321 junior colleges, 322 techno schools, and 107 CBSE schools across India. Over 8.5 lakh students are enrolled there.
