Stephenson’s Not Before Petition to be struck down!

High Court had reserved its decision on nominated MLA, Stephenson’s Not Before petition to Monday. However legal experts say that Stephenson’s petition is more likely to be quashed by the court. Mattaiah’s Lawyers have effectively dealt with this case.

The lawyer clearly stated that Stephenson’s fears and doubts on the judge Siva Shankar Rao are totally baseless and there are no instances in the past to prove the judge will act partial.
