Stephenson’s petition against AP Govt!

A day ahead of hearing on Cash for Vote case, nominated MLA Stephenson filed a petition on Andhra Pradesh government’s working style. Stephenson brought to the notice of the court that AP government is saving Matthaiah, the 4th accused in this case.

He also pointed out that Andhra Pradesh Public Prosecutor is defending the case of Matthaiah which is not right. He further urged the court to cancel the stay which it issued on Matthaiah’s arrest.

Along with Matthaiah’s future, Revanth Reddy’s bail petition will also come to hearing tomorrow. ACB is expecting to submit a preliminary report of the Forensic Science Lab about the authenticity of the tape and ask the court to keep Revanth Reddy in jail due to the availability of evidence.
