Stop analysing the psychology behind rapes – Modi

Prime Minister Narendra Modi finally spoke up on the increasing rape culture in the country. There are alarming increase in the number of rapes in some states like Uttar Pradesh and Maharashtra. And not a day passed with out a report of the heinous crime. What is more disturbing is the politicians like Akhilesh Yadav, Mulayam Singh and RR Patil starting the analyzing of psychology behind the rape.

Modi in Parliament lashed out at such law makers and called for every body to support curbing this bad culture from society. “Stop analysing the psychology behind rape. The dignity of our mothers and ours sisters must be protected,” said Modi. “It does not suit us to make comments on such incidents, can we not be quiet? We are playing with the dignity of women,” he angrily said.
