Supreme Court issues notices to T-govt!

Telangana government had removed some of the BC castes from reservation lists after the state division. The state government says those castes do not exist in Telangana any more after the bifurcation.

However these caste people who came from Uttarandhra and settled in Telangana are being affected with this removal. They have knocked the door of the high court earlier but could not get a favourable judgement.

And now they have gone to Supreme court. The apex court heard the arguments of the petitioners today and issued notices to Telangana government. The court posted the next hearing of the case to 18th of this month.
