Supreme Court Refused to Take Petition Against TTD

But the Apex Court refused to hear the Petition and asked the Petitioner to approach the High Court. “SC today urged me in the Tirupati matter to move my Petition in Andhra High Court and recorded in the order that I had leave of the Court to move the HC. Good enough for a start (sic),” Swamy posted in his Twitter Account.

Swamy urged Supreme Court to quash the sacking of Ramana Deekshitulu and also appeal for a court-monitored CBI probe into the financial misappropriation of temple funds by the TTD board. He also asked the Court to free the world-renowned Tirumala Tirupati Devasthanam from the ‘clutches’ of the state government.
