Supreme Court to decide Revanth Reddy’s future tomorrow!

Telangana Anti Corruption Bureau (ACB) had knocked the door of Supreme Court against the Hyderabad high court order on bail for Revanth Reddy. ACB had filed the petition a short while ago and the petition will come up for hearing tomorrow in the apex court.

Telangana ACB in its petition alleged that the Cash for Vote investigation is at a very crucial stage and releasing Revanth Reddy of the hook at this stage will hamper the investigation as he is most likely to tamper the evidences. ACB also said that they are yet to investigate in to the Forensic Lab Report in relation to the case.

Stating all these reasons, ACB had requested the court to struck down the bail order. The ACB lawyers are also likely to take up Revanth Reddy’s radical speech as an evidence for their arguments tomorrow when the petition comes up for hearing.
