Supreme Refuses to Entertain YSRCP’s Objection on Amaravati

YSR Congress Mangalagiri MLA, Alla Ramakrishna Reddy approached Supreme Court alleging that there are massive irregularities in the proposed Land Acquisition in Amaravati, the upcoming Capital of Andhra Pradesh. The MLA alleged that 2013 Land Acquisition Act is not being implemented properly.

The Supreme Court Bench refused to give a stay on the land acquisition going on in Amaravati as sought by the YSR Congress MLA. The bench instructed the MLA to approach Hyderabad High Court if there are further objections on the process.

Alla Ramakrishna Reddy has the dubious past of trying to create all sorts of problems for the Capital. Even Political Experts are surprised with the MLA opposing the capital in his area while every MLA in the state wants to have the capital in their own area.
