Suspense cleared over Jayalalithaa’s future!

The suspense over Tamil Nadu’s political direction and Jayalalithaa’s future is now cleared. The ruling AIADMK party released an official announcement that the current Chief Minister, O.Paneer Selvam will step down on 22nd of this month.

On the same day, the party’s legislative meeting will take place that day and the MLAs will formally elect Jayalalithaa as their leader. The iron lady of Tamil Nadu politics will be taking oath the next day. Jayalalithaa locked herself in her Poes Garden Residence.

Route cleared for Jayalalithaa to ascend the throne after Karnataka high court struck off her disproportionate assets case. Jayalalithaa can be in trouble once again if some one appeals against the verdict in Supreme Court as she was freed from the case basing on some arithmetic errors.
