A couple of days ago, Hyderabad High Court had issued a Stay on the Swiss Challenge Method and posted the next hearing on October 31st, on the complaint of two companies. The last date for submitting the counter tenders for the project is complete by Tuesday. In the wake of the stay, CRDA did not open the tenders.
