Tainted corporators makes their way to GHMC

The GHMC elections declared and the winners are rejoicing with cheers. While observes started digging the past record of corporators won in the recently concluded elections.

Around 17 tainted corporates will be going to make their headway to GHMC. The ruling party TRS and MIM obviously take the major cake of the mud as all the remaining parties confined to single digits. A total of 2 corporators with criminal past records had contested in the elections out of which 17 got elected. Nine corporators of MIM and Eight Corporators of TRS had criminal past. The majority of the corporators booked for assault on public servants and land encroachment cases.

Among the tainted, Shalibanda corporator Md Mustafa Ali leads the list with record number of nine cases on him while Champapet corporator booked for murder case. Falaknuma corporator K Thara Bai is the sole lady corporator in the tainted list.
