TANA 2023: More Entertainment, Less Politics

The three-day TANA 2023 event has concluded, and we have extensively covered it, providing feedback to amplify the attendees’ voices.

One interesting observation is the increased emphasis on entertainment, with minimal focus on political forums related to NRIs.

There were very few political forums, including participation from Sribharat Mathukumilli, Jayaram Komati, and a few others, where a supporter of YSRCP attempted to create chaos.

Additionally, Revanth Reddy held a political meet with NRIs, joined by Danasari Seethakka. There was a BRS meet by Errabelli Dayakar, which had very low attendance in the room.

Balakrishna’s wife, Vasundhara Devi, along with singer Sunitha, conducted a general women’s forum, which had a room filled with woman attendees. There were also a couple of general discussion forums on topics like ‘Raithu Sadassu’ etc-.

One significant drawback from TANA management is the lack of information regarding the participants and schedules. Even TANA volunteers are unaware of the program schedule involving political figures or movie celebrities.

When inquired, the general response was to check the TANA website. However, the website only provides the program schedule for general activities, omitting details about political or movie celebrities.

Whether intentional or unintentional, TANA has chosen to avoid hosting engaging political forums involving NRIs this year.
