Ex Delhi CM Arvind Kejriwal has revealed that the BJP is preparing to arrest the incumbent CM of Delhi Atishi Marlena. He says he has first-hand information about talks between CBI, ED, IT agencies.
He addressed a press meet after two Delhi departments red-flagged Atishi’s Mahila Samman Yojana, Sanjeevani Yojana.
He said the BJP government was also preparing to search homes of top Aam Aadmi Party leaders to disrupt the election strategy of AAP.
Kejriwal said Atishi too would be arrested on false charges very soon. He pointed out that BJP had made lives of people in Delhi miserable for the past 10 years.
That apart, the BJP government tried to harass AAP through Lieutenant Governor. The central government was now trying to arrest top AAP leaders.
Reacting to his comments, Atishi said she was not scared of being arrested as she had strong faith in judiciary and the Constitution.
However, if Atishi is arrested, it will mean BJP’s ploy prior to the union territory’s elections which will be held in February, 2025.
Already Kejriwal and his party members have been vehemently criticizing the BJP government for spreading false and negative information against AAP and its leaders through media.
