Target Ramoji Rao: Raids On Margadarshi

Jagan Mohan Reddy Government is trying to neutralize the impact of Ramoji Rao’s Eenadu Group which is playing a critical role in exposing the failures of the Government.

Recently, AP Government filed an affidavit in Undavalli Arun Kumar’s old case against Ramoji Rao and Margadarshi Chit fund in the Supreme Court.

Even then, Ramoji Rao did not budge. Today, Andhra Pradesh’s Registration and Stamps department are conducting raids against the Margadarshi Chit fund.

Raids are on various offices of Margadarshi in multiple locations including four in Vijayawada. The department says there are multiple violations by the Chit Fund company.

Political Observers say Jagan’s target is unstable Margadarshi which he suspects is the foundation for all the businesses of Ramoji Rao.

The idea is to scare the investors and push them to revolt against Ramoji Rao. So that the business gets rocked and Ramoji Rao will be in trouble. And then, the Government hopes Ramoji Rao comes for a compromise and dilutes Eenadu’s stance for the 2024 elections.

Previously, YSR also tried something similar but in vain.
