TDP and BJP to part ways in Telangana?

If the reports emerging from the political circles are to be believed, TDP and BJP who contested together in the last election, may be looking to party ways ahead of the Warangal by-election. Normally the seat was to be be contested by BJP as it contested in the main election, but TDP wants it to give a tough fight.

Even though BJP has no base there, the saffron party would want to test its strength there. However a breakup here may not mean independent contest in GHMC elections both the parties say.

However a breakup for the by-election will only lead to mistrust between both the parties ahead of the crucial GHMC elections. The high commands of both the parties would not want that to happen.
