TDP – BJP Alliance Future to Be Decided This Weekend?

BJP high command is on the verge of announcing the New BJP President for Andhra Pradesh. A crucial meeting of the state leader with current President Haribabu will happen today and then BJP President Amit Shah will be sitting with the core committee of AP BJP in Delhi the next day.

State Ministers, MPs, MLCs, MLAs and other important leaders are called to Delhi for this meeting. They will be discussing about how the improve the party in the state. The new President is likely to be announced that evening or the next day. The choice of the BJP President will decide the fate of TDP – BJP alliance in the state.

A faction of the party who is opposing the alliance is pushing to get the President Post. If that happens the already delicate relations will get batted further and 2019 elections will be interesting. Due to this dilemma, the party high command is sitting on the decision for a long time.
