TDP – BJP Alliance take center stage!

A Pre-poll alliance between Telugu Desam Party and Bharatiya Janta Party is being speculated since Narendra Modi’s open meeting in Hyderabad. Since then both the camps have sent feelers about the alliance but refrained from directly commenting on it. But looks like they are inching closer. Chandra Babu angrily reacted on BJP for not commenting on the rights of Seema Andhra people. And immediately, BJP President Rajnath Singh convened a press meet and demanded Congress to clear all the doubts of the people in the region.

Political analysts say Rajnath Singh’s press meet came only to pacify the Telugu Desam Chief. And a short while ago, Chandra Babu attended the swearing in ceremony of Madya Pradesh Chief Minister, Shiv Raj Singh Chauhan. This is the first time since 2004 that the TDP Chief takes the same stage with BJP top leaders.
