TDP: Fortunes Change Big Time In Just One Year

All of sudden, YS Jagan Mohan Reddy Government seems to be facing severe anti-incumbency. The state is in financial mess and people are fuming at the gross mismanagement in the name of freebies. At the juncture came Viveka’s murder case in which all fingers are pointing at Avinash Reddy and CM Jagan.

For the first time after 2019 defeat, a smile is back on the face of Chandrababu Naidu. Incidentally, there is a lot of change in the fortunes of Telugu Desam Party in just one year. In Panchayat elections happened in March last year, TDP bagged disastrous results with the future looking bleak.

The first positive for TDP came in November with some favorable results in the Municipal Elections. From there, everything happened in a rush. YSR Congress committed mistake after mistake mounting anti-incumbency on itself. We are in March, a smile is back on Chandrababu’s face and the TDP cadre confidently say the party will back in power in 2024 Elections.

As CBI gets to the bottom of Viveka’s case and as TDP leaders hit the ground, things will become much better, they believe. There are reports of Lokesh undertaking a Padayatra very soon.
