TDP purchases 4 acres in Vijayawada!

Telugu Desam Party is said to have purchased 4 acres of land in Vijayawada for the construction of Party’s Andhra Pradesh Headquarters and a residence for Chandrababu Naidu. The land is reportedly in the line of New Autonagar to Enkipaadu in the vicinity of Poranki Village.

It is said that they have spent more than 3 Crores per acre for purchasing this land. Since the new capital is announced, Chandrababu will have to move to Vijayawada very soon. Chandrababu is yet to decide when the construction in this land will begin.

However this area is far away from the upcoming capital area of Andhra Pradesh, it is interesting to learn why they have opted this area. It is said that Chandrababu will be shifting to the capital region after the Bhoomi Puja to personally supervise the capital construction. Singapore experts team will be submitting the Master plan of the capital by June and the land breaking ceremony will take place in 2-3 months from then.
