TDP Targeting Unhappy Reddys of YCP

Telugu Desam Party had given utmost importance to Reddy leaders between 2014 and 2019. But then, they rallied with YSR Congress in the 2019 elections. But then, times have changed and Reddy leaders are feeling suffocated and neglected.

In particular, the Reddy leaders of Palnadu, Kurnool, Chittoor, and Kadapa districts are unhappy and TDP is targeting these leaders.

Buzz in the political circles is that TDP is eyeing Anam Ram Narayana Reddy, MLA M Mahidhar Reddy, SV Mohan Reddy, MP Adala Prabhakar Reddy, and Magunta Sreenivasula Reddy. Efforts are also on to bring former minister DL Ravindra Reddy.

DL was supposed to join the party before the 2019 elections but then, the then TTD Chairman Putta Sudhakar Yadav blocked him. Anam’s daughter recently met Lokesh during Mahanadu.

Somireddy Chandramohan Reddy and JC Diwakar Reddy are entrusted with the task of bringing these Reddy leaders.

Except for Magunta, no other leader condemned these reports so far. The general talk in the constituency is that Magunta is not at all happy in the party but will take a decision only before the elections.
