TG @ 10: KCR Completely Out Of Focus!

Former Chief Minister K. Chandrasekhar Rao always believed he was born for a cause. He was born to form the State of Telangana. He wanted people to remember him as the Father Of Telangana.

His journey has been nothing short of remarkable. He envisioned Telangana’s creation and tirelessly worked towards its realization. However, no one cares to remember his legacy.

But after the recent loss in the Telangana assembly elections, his dream has been shattered to smithereens.

As Telangana approaches its milestone of completing a decade since its inception, the narrative seems to have shifted away from KCR.

The decision by the ruling Congress government to invite Sonia Gandhi to a public event commemorating 10 years of Telangana speaks volumes about how KCR has been completely sidelined.

In a recent cabinet meeting, it was decided that they’re inviting those who contributed to Telangana’s formation to the celebrations, and they’re asking the Election Commission to oversee the event due to ongoing elections.

It is a sad scenario for KCR but even he never acknowledged the Congress party’s huge contribution in the formation of a separate Telangana state.

Telangana’s formation wasn’t solely the result of KCR’s efforts; indeed, the Congress party played a significant role in the state’s creation. However, KCR’s narrative often stressed his own leadership and struggle for Telangana, and never gave any credit to Congress.

Now, with KCR experiencing a setback in the recent elections, the Congress’s decision to invite Sonia Gandhi to the anniversary event could be seen as a form of political revenge or a way to assert their own significance in Telangana’s history.
