TS- ACB to go to Supreme over Revanth Bail

Telangana ACB had decided to approach Supreme Court to challenge the high court’s decision to challenge Revanth Reddy’s bail. Telangana AGP Arun Kumar confirmed this to media. He clarified that they are of the opinion that letting off Revanth will hamper the investigation of this crucial case and so will be appealing against the bail.

Telangana ACB is taken back by the events that happened over the last two days. The other day, the court struck off Stephenson’s Not Before petition and today despite Telangana Attorney General’s efforts Revanth Reddy is given the bail.

On the other side, Telangana Chief Minister is said to be disappointed with this and he reportedly expressed his displeasure with Attorney General Rama Krishna Reddy for preventing the bail. Revanth Reddy is likely to release from Cherlapally jail this evening.
