Telangana Cabinet Shuffle on Cards?

Almost all the Local Elections in Telangana are completed and Chief Minister K Chandrasekhara Rao is looking at a complete overhaul of the administration now. Buzz is that KCR is likely to make a cabinet shuffle very soon. Sources say that at least four Ministers may be shown the door out.

However, Political Experts feel that KCR seems to make the administration friendly to KTR, his heir. “The recent transfers of IAS Officers also had a KTR Mark. The four ministers who will be out will make for KTR-friendly inductions, probably to make the coronation easy,” they say.

On the other side, rumors are rife that KCR may concentrate on National Politics leaving Telangana affairs to KTR. “He is planning to unify the non-BJP Chief Ministers across the country in the name of CAA and NPR. Very soon a meeting to that effect may be conducted in Hyderabad,” a source in TRS said.

KCR made similar claims of a non-BJP and non-Congress Federal Front before the General Elections but people have given no scope for a third front.
