Telangana Finance Dept has no chance to rest!

If any body are relentlessly working for Telangana state since the day of its inception, it is the officials of Telangana’s Finance department. From the day one, the officials have been verifying the accounts handed over to them by the United Andhra Pradesh. The division of various institutions seems to be a never ending process at least for the next couple of years and this works seem to continue until them.

Next there is the work of interim budget of Telangana state. It is known that the state Chief Minister had scrapped all the proposals of the budget worked up on for almost 2 months and asked to work on it from the scratch. The officials have worked day and night for two more months and completed the budget work.

However the officials are yet to get any rest. They have already started working on the next budget which is to be presented in February next year. With barely two and half months left before the next budget session and with a hard task master like KCR at the helm, the officials are working on the next budget.
