Folk Singer Death: Instagram Love Turns Tragic

Shruti, a folk singer from Nizamabad, had gained recognition for her talent in folk songs. She met a young man named Dayakar from Siddipet district through Instagram, and their relationship eventually blossomed into love.

Twenty days ago, the couple secretly married. Initially, everything seemed fine, but soon after the marriage, Shruti started facing dowry harassment from her husband and in-laws.

Unable to bear the pressure, Shruti took the extreme step of ending her life. Her family is accusing Dayakar and his family of causing her death, claiming that the harassment led to the tragic event. The incident has been registered at the Government Hospital in Gajwel, and the police have started an investigation.
