Telangana government to appeal for review over old cases!

Telangana government had earned several brick bats from the Hyderabad high court in various cases after the state bifurcation. It is one of the prime reasons why TRS government is pressing for the need of high court bifurcation.

But since the high court division is delayed, Telangana government is planning to go for a review of all the negative judgements in various cases. The Chief Secretary asked all the officials of various departments to prepare the cases list and prepare the review petitions.

The state government managed a favourable decision from the high court in phone tapping case by getting a stay on the Vijayawada court proceedings. The state government is anticipating similar favourable decisions in all the cases and will be fielding strong arguments accordingly.
