Telangana Government To Make A Crucial Change to The Lockdown

Telangana Government is likely to do away with the Day Lockdown it has been imposing ever since May 12th. Currently, the state remains locked from 2 PM to 6 AM the next day. In the wake of reduced cases, the state government will do away with the Day Lockdown after June 9th.

However, the night curfew i.e., 8 PM to 7 AM next day will continue for a couple of weeks. It may be reminded that the state government started the COVID control with the Night Curfew since April 20th. In the Unlock, the Night Curfew may be in place for ten days.

Maharashtra, the worst affected state in the Pandemic has already started Unlocking. It will even allow the Film Theaters to function with 50% Occupancy starting from Monday. The COVID-19 cases in the country are on a fall as well.

Very soon, we may expect the daily covid positive cases to be below one lakh. The COVID positive rate in Telangana is officially below 2%. The major task will be on the people who are expected to be more reasonable to make the Unlock justifiable.
