Telangana Govt Caught Red-Handed Under-Reporting Corona Numbers?

Telangana Health Minister Eatala Rajender has come up with a stunning argument. He went on to say that Telangana will record Corona deaths only of those patients who die without co-morbidities. “If they have any co-morbidities and die due to Corona, they are not considered as Corona deaths,” he said.

This is really strange and maybe the reason why Telangana‘s death count is slow. This is against the precedent set in all the countries across the globe. According to the medical bulletin released this morning, there were 1,473 new cases on the 26th of this month. Out of them, there are only 506 cases in the GHMC limits.

But then, GHMC had added around 3,800 new patient records on its official website during the same period. And then, we will also have the cases in other districts. Social media is abuzz with the allegations that the Government is underreporting the numbers and the actual scenario is as worse as the other most-affected states in the country

“The Government is caught redhanded trying to underreport the facts. We are sure the Government is going to tamper the Patient records in the GHMC website now,” a few Social Media users allege.
