Telangana Govt Moves Supreme Court Against Governor

It is no secret that the government of Telangana and the governor, Tamilisai are at loggerheads. The political turmoil has now turned very much public as the state government has moved the supreme court against the governor.

The latest updates are suggesting that the government has filed a writ petition against the governor at the Supreme Court, saying she hasn’t approved 10 bills that were presented by the government.

The government had been arguing that the government is blocking administrative bills. The same happened with the Telangana state budget as the governor delayed the approval of the bill.

Now, the government has taken a big step forward against the governor by moving the Supreme court against her. The Court is likely to hear the case tomorrow, 3rd March.

Amidst growing tension between BRS and BJP with KCR and KTR spitting fire on Modi, developments like these are catching the attention in Telangana political circles.
