Telangana govt to give special allowance to MPs!

Telangana government has taken one more controversial decision. The government has decided to give special travel allowance to all the MPs of the state on a monthly basis. Mps will be getting 50000 per month for this purpose and is applicable to both Lok Sabha and Rajya Sabha MPs.

This move will for sure attract flak from people as MPs are already drawing big amounts from the Center. Also the government has exempted MPs working as Union Ministers from getting this allowance only to decrease the burden to some extent.

It is known that only TDP and BJP MPs get Union Ministries and allowances will not go to them saving some amount for the government. Once the GO is released, government will release the allowance money to all its MPs since the elections.
