Telangana govt’s friendliness, license not to work

Telangana government is raining sops on its employees the every other day thanking them for their role in separate state agitation and bringing TRS to power. But these sops are proving to be detrimental to work hard, instead a section of employees are taking things for granted.

There are increasing number of cases that there is a lack of enthusiasm among the staff in secretariat, city and the districts to complete their tasks on time. The senior officials were at the receiving end most of the time and they are of the opinion that employees have taken the ’employee friendly’ government as a licence to work at their own pace.

The supervisors are also hesitant to complain about this to the Chief Minister as they may be branded as inefficient. Many of them opine the CM had showered enough sops to them and it is the time to tell the government staff that they should start delivering.
