TS Polls: Candidates & Highest Criminal Cases

Telangana elections season is hitting the very peak with the polling on the 30th of this month and the counting on the 3rd of December.

Now, there is an interesting discussion about the candidates with criminal cases in Telangana election.

BRS has given 119 MLA tickets and 58 of these candidates have criminal cases against them. Meaning, 40% of these candidates have criminal cases against them.

As for BJP, the party has given 111 MLA tickets and a shocking 78 of them have criminal cases against them. This means that 70% of the tickets given by BJP have criminal cases against them.

Coming to Congress, this party is maintaining a list-high 71% criminal rate as 84 of the 118 candidates have criminal cases against them.

MIM has given 12 MLA tickets and half of them – 6 have criminal cases against them. They’re maintaining a 50% criminal record with regard to the MLA tickets allocation.
