Tension prevails as Mudhragada sits for Deeksha!

The entire state is gripping in the fear of possible caste clashes, as Kapu activist, Mudhragada Padmanabham started his fast unto death along with his family members at his residence in Kirlampudi. Chandrababu Naidu sent a couple of MLAs to make him withdraw the idea the other day, but they could not succeed.

On the other side, security is beefed up in Kirlampudi and other parts of East Godavari. 6 DSPs, 24 CIs, 50 SIs, 200 ASIs, 700 constables and more than 1000 paramilitary forces were deployed so as to avert any untoward incident.

Police are not allowing outsiders in to Mudhragada’s house. The entire security forces are on their toes after the last week’s Kapu Gharjana resulted in violence. Government do not want to take any chances this time to prevent any unrest in Kapu community.
