Thanks To Jagan, 9,500 Cr Investment To TS

Amara Raja Group is a first-generation investor in Andhra Pradesh. Galla Ramachandra Naidu established Amararaja in the Chittoor district out of love for his state.

Amara Raja grew as a multinational conglomerate company today with an annual turnover of close to 7000 Crore.

But ever since Jagan Government came, we have seen political vendetta on the Group just because Galla Jayadev, the Group’s current Managing Director is an MP from Telugu Desam Party.

The Government even served a closure notice to the factory in Chittoor citing pollution. Amara Raja had to fight in court to prevent that from happening.

Amara Raja‘s first choice for any new investment is always Andhra Pradesh but they have shifted their 9,500 Crore Amara Raja Giga Corridor to Telangana.

Minister K Taraka Ramarao will be breaking the ground for this project tomorrow near Divitipalli, Mahabubnagar district.

The unit is expected to generate employment opportunities for 4,500 persons and will be India’s largest-ever lithium-ion cell manufacturing facility to date.

4,500 jobs mean 4,500 families securing their future. But all that is gone because some one is so determined to hit the financial support of the Opposition.
