The Conspiracy Theories Around Megha IT Raids

Our readers are aware that Megha Engineering Infrastructure Limited (MEIL) is the frontrunner for bagging Polavaram Remaining Dam Works and Hydel Project Contract in Reverse Tendering. MEIL is also undertaking several projects in Telangana. IT raids are happening on the residences and offices belonging to MEIL MD, PV Krishna Reddy and are yet to conclude.

More and more teams are arriving at the spot and the central government even deployed Central Forces. Usually, Central Forces are deployed only when arrests are imminent so speculations are rife about what is happening. Megha Krishna Reddy is close to the Chief Ministers of both the Telugu States and there are arrests in the case, it will have political implications.

On the other side, there were reports that AP Chief Minister YS Jagan Mohan Reddy sought the appointment of Home Minister, Amit Shah the other day but was denied. This is twice in the gap of one week and TDP supporters are connecting dots to that of IT raids on Megha Krishna Reddy.

Meanwhile, most of the media houses have blacked out the news about these IT raids which indicate the clout Megha has on the media as well as the Telugu Governments.
