Three New Inductions into KCR’s Team?

If the media reports are to be believed, Telangana Chief Minister K Chandrasekhara Rao is planning to expand his cabinet in the second week of September. KCR may take three members into his cabinet. KTR, Harish Rao, and Sabitha Indra Reddy/Satyavathi are likely to be inducted.

Currently, Telangana Cabinet has 12 members including the Chief Minister. Six more can be taken into the cabinet. KCR may take another two ministers after the Municipal Elections. KCR led a cabinet with only two members including him for around three months after his second term victory.

It has become a sensation that Harish Rao and KTR was left out. KTR was made the Working President of TRS while Harish did not get anything. Induction of both of them will plug all the rumors for now. Tummala Nageshwar Rao who lost in the election is also expecting a cabinet berth in Khammam quota.

There is no representation for Khammam in the Cabinet right now. Taking Sabitha into the cabinet will mean that Telangana will have its first-ever woman Minister through defections.
