With the State-bifurcation issue heating up day by day, few political parties are starting to have a troublesome period. Lok Satta is one of those. Lok Satta’s President, Jayaprakash Narayana (JP), is currently unable to choose a side regarding the bifurcation issue. This could be perhaps because he is the only leader of any political party in the state genuinely thinking about people but not for political benefits.
JP stepped in by supporting the unification of the state and has continued with his decision even after facing a lot of physical and mental stress from other political parties. He did not tend to change his word even after CWC’s output of choices over the issue.
But when the bill reached the Assembly, JP suddenly had a change of thoughts, he started supporting the bifurcation of the state. That began an outrage in the Seemandhra region. And due to his earlier support to unification, people in Telangana aren’t very happy either. Making comments about supporting both unification and bifurcation, at different times, JP has pushed
himself into the pit.
